Role Details

We are looking for a senior Microbiology Lab Manager in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role manages microbiology activities and laboratory and compounding functions, with a key focus on resolving CAPAs from audit findings and managing QA, QC and laboratory functions.

Requirements

Senior-level microbiology laboratory management experience, ideally in sterile production and compounding.
At least five years' relevant experience and staff-management experience.
Knowledge of Grade A cleanrooms, aseptic filling, sterility testing, out-of-specification investigations and contamination control.
Experience implementing environmental monitoring programmes and systems.
Relevant biology, microbiology or environmental qualification; pharmaceutical experience is required.
