MHE OPERATORS

Key Performance Areas

• Safely move, stack, load, and off-load empty and full pallets.
• Complete administrative duties relating to MHE machine maintenance.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Sort pallets efficiently and accurately.
• Perform stand-in duties and assist with stock takes when required.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Risk, and Quality standards at all times.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with all SOPs and operational procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid MHE driver’s licence (Reach Truck).
• 1–3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a warehouse or dry goods environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the role.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for work areas.
• Willingness to work overtime and shifts when required.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
