Our Client - A leading industrial operation is seeking a qualified and driven Mechanical Engineer to join its Rustenburg facility in a key engineering leadership role.
This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong professional with experience in maintenance, asset reliability, plant operations, and statutory compliance within a manufacturing or processing environment.

Minimum Requirements

BTech Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification (or higher)
Minimum 5 years’ relevant mechanical engineering experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing environment
Strong exposure to maintenance systems, asset management, and plant operations
Experience working with CMMS platforms (Pragma preferred)
Sound understanding of South African OHSA requirements relating to machinery and engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Project coordination and stakeholder management experience
Working knowledge of CAD systems and engineering documentation
Willingness and ability to travel between sites when required
