Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Complete designs and issue customer approval, assembly, and manufacturing drawings.
Support the team by managing prepare Manufacturing Instructions (MI's) and procurement drawings for contract-specific equipment.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Mechanical Design Engineer.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of manufacturing work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
