Marketing Support Manager - Midrand

Role Overview

Coordinate marketing execution across country markets from Midrand by aligning communications, approvals, planning and delivery between lead brand teams and market teams.

Responsibilities

• Track marketing milestones, deliverables, approvals, dependencies and timelines.
• Consolidate market inputs, maintain workstream visibility and provide progress updates.
• Follow up on outstanding actions, identify delivery risks and drive adherence to timelines and agency service levels.
• Act as central liaison between brand teams and country marketing teams.
• Clarify ownership, resolve issues, remove bottlenecks and keep workstreams moving.
• Monitor brand compliance, approval processes, promotions and social-media activity across markets.

Requirements

• Marketing operations, project coordination or cross-functional campaign-delivery experience.
• Strong planning, tracking, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, markets, approvals, timelines and dependencies.
• Proactive problem-solving and disciplined follow-through.
• Understanding of brand standards, governance and agency coordination.
