Marketing Specialist - Energy

Role Overview

Own the full marketing stack for a growing energy business, combining messaging, design, websites, publishing, measurement and reporting with direct stakeholder access.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging, positioning and go-to-market presentations.
• Manage social media, websites, SEO, paid media, lead generation, CRM and automation.
• Write, design, build, publish, measure and report on campaigns.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, public relations and thought-leadership activity.
• Support general business communication and marketing across technical markets.
• Use AI tools and practical workflow improvements to increase effectiveness.

Requirements

• Marketing qualification and three to five years' B2B marketing experience.
• Experience in industrial, technical, energy, engineering, capital equipment or professional services environments.
• Full-stack capability across writing, design, web, publishing and measurement.
• Canva or Figma experience; Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• CMS or page-builder fluency with basic HTML and CSS.
• Experience with GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn and Meta advertising tools.
• Excellent written English, commercial judgement and self-directed working style.
• Driver's licence, own vehicle, passport and willingness to travel occasionally.
