Marketing Specialist - DOMS

Role Overview

Own the full marketing function for a growing energy-related business in Rosebank, covering messaging, design, digital channels, lead generation, reporting and business support.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging, positioning and go-to-market presentations.
• Manage social media, websites, SEO, paid media, lead generation, CRM and automation.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, public relations and thought leadership.
• Write, design, build, publish, measure and report on marketing activity independently.
• Support general business requirements and provide clear performance reporting.

Requirements

• Marketing-related qualification.
• Three to five years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial, technical, energy, engineering, capital-equipment or professional-services environments.
• Full-stack capability across writing, design, web, publishing and measurement.
• Design skills using Canva or Figma; Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• CMS and basic HTML/CSS fluency, analytics and reporting experience, and excellent written English.
• Valid driver's licence, own vehicle and passport for occasional regional travel.
• Video and motion-content basics and exposure to African markets beyond South Africa are advantageous.
