MARKETING MANAGER Overview Are you a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager with a knack for storytelling, data-driven growth, and lateral thinking? We are seeking a high-energy Go-Getter and Lead Strategist with 5+ years of experience (preferably within the Property/Real Estate sector) to take the reins of our marketing engine. You’ll be a "full-stack" marketer—equally comfortable shaping high-level strategy, executing Meta ad campaigns, crafting captivating property narratives, and analysing performance metrics to optimise ROI. Key Position Details Role Title: Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: 100% Remote Working Hours: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in an end-to-end Marketing role (Property sector experience strongly preferred) Salary: R25, 000 per month (non-negotiable) About the Role & Core Objective As our Marketing Manager, you won't just be managing campaigns; you’ll be actively driving business growth. You are a natural problem-solver who sees opportunity where others see obstacles. You will own the entire marketing lifecycle—from high-converting digital copy and eye-catching graphic concepts to SEO, lead-generation campaigns, and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Performance Marketing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Plan, build, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns from start to finish (copy writing, audience targeting, budget management, and pixel/event tracking).
- Lead Generation: Develop high-converting funnel strategies tailored to the property market to generate qualified leads. 2.
- Content Creation, Copywriting & Brand Storytelling Content Production: Produce captivating, market-relevant content across multiple channels, including long-form blogs, email newsletters, and landing page copy.
- Social Media Management: Conceptualise, write, and schedule engaging posts designed to build brand authority and trust.
- Visual Direction & Graphics: Create visually appealing graphics and templates (using Canva/Adobe Suite) that align with brand guidelines and property aesthetics. 3.
- Organic Search & Technical Strategy (SEO) SEO Optimisation: Write search-optimised content, execute key on-page SEO enhancements, and maintain keyword strategies to drive organic web traffic.
- Website Maintenance: Keep digital channels up to date with fresh marketing collateral, landing pages, and campaign assets. 4.
- Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation Data Analysis: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across ads, web traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates.
- Continuous Improvement: Test new strategies (A/B testing ad creative, landing page conversion rates) and adjust campaigns based on solid data, not guesswork.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements
- Property Domain Knowledge: Direct experience in property, real estate, or property technology (PropTech) marketing is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Paid Media: Meta Ads Manager (advanced setup, custom audiences, retargeting).
- Content & SEO: WordPress (or similar CMS), SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console).
- Creative & Email: Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp/Klaviyo/ActiveCampaign (or similar CRM platforms).
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Work Setup: Reliable, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated home office setup suitable for AEST business hours.
