Role Overview

Lead commercially focused marketing for a human-capital and workforce-solutions business based in Johannesburg, strengthening visibility, lead generation and market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Improve brand visibility and market positioning across targeted sectors.
• Develop high-quality B2B leads and strengthen the sales pipeline.
• Improve campaign performance across digital and CRM channels.
• Support client engagement and retention.
• Coordinate marketing, sales and operations stakeholders.
• Develop strategies that strengthen credibility, reputation and demand for services.
• Use data to support commercially focused marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

• Marketing degree is essential; a bachelor's or diploma in marketing, communications, business or related study is suitable.
• Approximately seven to eight years of marketing experience.
• B2B, healthcare, occupational health, corporate wellness, medical-services or regulated-industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong experience in lead generation, funnel optimisation, conversion and marketing return on investment.
• Digital, brand, CRM, public-relations, stakeholder and campaign-management capability.
• Strong communication, strategic, organisational and execution skills.
