Marketing Lead Generation Specialist - UK

MyTalent Software is looking for a driven and results-oriented Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing UK team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating opportunities, enjoys working with data, and knows how to turn marketing efforts into qualified leads. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales pipeline by identifying, attracting, and nurturing high-quality prospects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital channels
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists
• Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on campaigns
• Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Continuously test new approaches to improve conversion rates

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with CRM tools and marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and outreach skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a remote environment 

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or tech environments
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and automation tools
