Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
JSBC Labs is a growing technology company supporting clients across South Africa and international markets. We are looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help drive our inbound and outbound pipeline, execute campaigns, and support sales with strong marketing assets.

Lead Generation
- Execute inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists.
- Run outreach email sequences and LinkedIn engagement campaigns.
- Qualify leads and pass opportunities to the Head of Sales & Partnerships.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email and landing pages.
- Track and optimise campaign performance and conversions.
Content & Brand
- Maintain website content, case studies, product pages, and blogs.
- Support creation of marketing collateral and brand assets.
- Coordinate testimonials and customer success stories.
Marketing Operations
- Manage automation workflows, CRM campaign flows, and basic lead scoring.
- Ensure smooth MQL handover to sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
Sales Enablement
- Create supporting documents including decks, one-pagers, and demo scripts.
- Assist with demo environment preparation.
- Experience in marketing, lead generation, or digital content creation.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation.
- Ability to research and identify prospects.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work in-office (Cape Town).
