REQUIREMENTS
- A genuine passion for marketing and brand building
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- IT literacy: knowledge in PowerPoint & Excel
- Strong aesthetic eye, curious about consumer and industry trends, luxury mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong team player, good communication skills within the organization, positive and enthusiastic attitude, strong focus on delivering results, creative and commercial thinker, autonomous, entrepreneurial, self-starter
DUTIES
- Managing the brand effectively across the region
- Establishing a wine prioritization matrix across the region
- Creating clear segmentation of the portfolio for the dining channel and culinary associations
- Assist in the development of marketing plans and programs for the region
- Work with brand owners, key markets, and local agencies on the start-end development of activation programs and tools, gifting, POSM etc – with ongoing tracking of delivery and budgets
- Build brand presentations
- Manage regional brand assets and media library (photos, videos, artwork)
- Support the Regional Marketing Manager and rest of team with projects as required by the business
