Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

Support corporate communications in Sandton across digital communications, internal communications, branding, design and corporate activities.

Responsibilities

• Check online presence, monitor social mentions, publish approved content and update website content.
• Update newsletters and staff announcements and create internal communications from approved templates.
• Produce routine marketing collateral, promotional merchandise, company profiles and signage artwork.
• Coordinate suppliers, quotations, deliveries, installations and stock.
• Support photography, career fairs, events and coordination of branding requirements between departments.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, communication design or multimedia design.
• Graduate to two years' experience in design, marketing or communications support.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• WordPress or Wix, Canva and Adobe Acrobat knowledge is advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between Gauteng sites are advantageous.
