Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing must have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience within a Production or Industrial Manufacturing environment.
Keep momentum on relevant Tertiary Qualification in Production | Manufacturing | Operations Management | Industrial Engineering | Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Support the team by managing experience within Adhesives | Chemicals | Plastics | Coatings or related manufacturing environments advantageous.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Manufacturing Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 to 8 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
