Role Overview

MECS needs a Manager Safety and Quality MRO who can step into a practical role in Papua New Guinea. A key part of the work involves Manager Safety and Quality MRO At least 10 years' working experience in a similar role with MRO regulations, and civil aviation rules.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Manager Safety and Quality MRO.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.
Spot risks early and escalate practical issues before they become blockers.

Requirements

10 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
