Manager Fuel & Convenience

Reporting into the Regional Manager Operations, the incumbent would be responsible for managing a fuel and convenience store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.

Duties:

• Conducting site inspections and operational checks
• Monitoring fuel operations and stock levels 
• Managing cash controls and reconciliations
• Monitoring expenses and controlling costs
• Conducting stock counts and variance investigations
• Monitoring health and safety compliance
• Interacting with customers
• Ensuring service standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 4 years related experience in fuel/retail sales with a proven track record in a managerial capacity.
• Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with a high level of proficiency.
• Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of retail operating systems
