Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing this position will report directly to the Farming Operations and will also be responsible for Managing operational procedures on the farms.
Support the team by managing 4 years relevant poultry farming operations experience.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Manager Farming Operations.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
