Introduction

Our client is looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to support business performance and financial planning. The role focuses on analysing financial data, providing strategic insights, and assisting management in making informed decisions. Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis.
Develop and maintain financial forecasting models.
Monitor departmental budgets and provide variance analysis.
Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
Analyse revenue streams and cost drivers to improve profitability.
Work with operational teams to understand financial performance trends.
Prepare performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
Assist with cost control initiatives and financial planning.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements.
Provide financial insight to support business decision-making.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Professional qualification such as CIMA, CA(SA), or ACCA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
Strong financial modelling and forecasting experience.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
Ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
