Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on extensive knowledge of the Airlines operations with regards to continuing airworthiness and Technical Services.
Keep momentum on ability to become the pivot point of communication for all Technical related issues on the in service aircraft.
Take ownership of Ability to create effective working relationships between the individual departments of the Airline and its supporting structure such as the MRO and CASA PNG Regulator..
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Maintenance Watch Engineer.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in aviation or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
