Key Responsibilities
- Keep momentum on extensive knowledge of the Airlines operations with regards to continuing airworthiness and Technical Services.
- Keep momentum on ability to become the pivot point of communication for all Technical related issues on the in service aircraft.
- Take ownership of Ability to create effective working relationships between the individual departments of the Airline and its supporting structure such as the MRO and CASA PNG Regulator..
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Maintenance Watch Engineer.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in aviation or a closely related field.
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
