A well-established and growing food manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team. Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and planned maintenance on production equipment.
Respond quickly to breakdowns and carry out effective fault-finding.
Maintain and repair production, packaging, refrigeration and utility equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control system faults.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise plant efficiency.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety and food industry standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with spare parts and asset management.

Minimum Requirements:

Trade-Tested Millwright (essential).
3-5 years' maintenance experience within an FMCG, food manufacturing or packaging environment.
Experience working on automated production machinery.
Strong fault-finding skills on both mechanical and electrical systems.
Solid experience with:
3-phase motors
Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
Pneumatic systems
Industrial sensors
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and machine schematics.
Willing to work rotational shifts and weekends.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
