Our Client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant and equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual who enjoys leading teams, reducing downtime, and ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preventative maintenance, fault finding, and supervising maintenance staff.

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on plant machinery
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement repairs
Manage maintenance schedules and breakdown response
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Supervise and train maintenance technicians and contractors
Maintain maintenance records and reporting
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Trade Test (Millwright, Electrician, Fitter & Turner, or similar)
4–6 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
