EVP Pyramid is recruiting for a Maintenance Manager in Pretoria. This role sits in Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical Trades and is suited to someone who can contribute with discipline, sound judgement and practical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the Maintenance Manager is to manage and oversee the maintenance department, with the focus on preventative maintenance and continuous improvement of the processing facility and processes.
The individual will be responsible for leading maintenance systems, overseeing the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and executing long-term strategic plans.
Organizing, planning, and scheduling of planned routine maintenance.
Management of Maintenance personnel.

Requirements

10 years Maintenance Experience in a Factory Environment (Food Processing)
Clear communication, good organisation and reliable follow-through.
A practical working style with attention to detail and service quality.
