Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing ensure compliance with applicable health and safety legislation, BDCS policies and the client's H&S requirements within a logistics /warehousing/distribution environment.
Keep momentum on develop and manage shift rosters to meet operational requirements and SLA targets within the logistics /warehouse environment.
Take ownership of 2–3 years' experience in a logistics, warehousing or operations environment.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Logistics Site Manager (DC).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
