Abantu Staffing Solutions needs a Logistics Manager who can step into a practical role in East London. A key part of the work involves Logistics Manager Degree level education within a Managerial or Logistics focused discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on 5 +years' experience in Logistics or supply-chain management in a manufacturing environment (experience in the automotive sector would be advantageous).
Keep momentum on to manage and develop the sites' MP&L Department (Materials, Planning and Logistics – including Warehouse and Customer Service).
Support the team by managing maintain the sites inventory to the required levels each month as dictated by the budget or by central logistic.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Logistics Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
