Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years' logistics management experience within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience managing imports, exports, shipping and transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience managing logistics providers, freight forwarders and customs processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end vehicle supply chain, from order placement to final delivery.
• Overseeing sea freight, air freight, imports, exports and cross-border logistics.
• Coordinating shipments with international suppliers, shipping agents, customs, warehouses and transport providers.
• Managing vehicle allocations, stock levels and inventory to ensure maximum availability while minimising costs.
• Monitoring vessel movements and proactively communicating potential delays.
• Overseeing customs documentation, freight documentation and export compliance.
