Key Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery schedules and transport requirements.
Track shipments and provide accurate ETA updates.
Maintain orders, inventory records, and delivery documentation.
Resolve delays, discrepancies, and customer queries.
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers, and clients.
Monitor fleet activity and escalate operational risks.
Compile routine logistics reports and update internal systems.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, transport, or supply chain coordination.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and logistics or CRM systems.
