Role Overview

MH Solutions needs a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR - ENGINEERING INDUSRTY - JOHANNESBURG who can step into a practical role in Johannesburg. A key part of the work involves Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with local and international freight forwarders.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing managing and tracking shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and providing regular status updates.
Keep momentum on preparing and managing all logistics documentation (invoices, packing lists, PODs, BOLs, customs and import/export documentation).
Keep momentum on processing logistics transactions and purchase orders on an ERP system (Infor LN experience preferred).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR - ENGINEERING INDUSRTY - JOHANNESBURG.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of engineering work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
