Logistics coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of goods, track shipments, and ensure smooth supply chain operations. You will play a key role in ensuring products are delivered on time, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate transportation, shipping, and delivery schedules
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
• Manage inventory levels and warehouse coordination
• Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and customers
• Prepare shipping documents and logistics reports
• Resolve delays, disruptions, or supply chain issues
• Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain coordination (preferred)
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems (advantageous)
