About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Consultant to assist clients in finding the right financial solutions. You will assess loan applications, provide expert guidance, and ensure a smooth lending process while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

What You'll Do

Assist clients with loan applications and financing options
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan products
Verify financial documents and evaluate creditworthiness
Explain loan terms, conditions, and repayment options
Process loan applications accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up on applications and keep clients informed throughout the process
Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies
Meet sales and customer service targets

Requirements

Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
Qualification in Finance, Business, Banking, or a related field (advantageous)
Previous experience in lending, banking, finance, or sales is preferred
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of credit assessments and financial products is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management systems
