Role Overview

Elektu is recruiting for a Lifting Machinery Inspector in Olifantsfontein. This role sits in Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical Trades and is suited to someone who can contribute with discipline, sound judgement and practical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

testing and attends to breakdowns and carries out inspections on lifting machinery Complete knowledge of work at height, lifting machinery and lifting equipment
and lifting equipment  Inspection and certification of lifting equipment in accordance with regulations and
ECSA registered LMI with maintenance experience (electrical or millwright) required
Perform diagnosis, services, maintenance, repairs, installations, commissioning, load  Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant SANS

Requirements

Relevant experience in a similar role or closely related environment.
Clear communication, good organisation and reliable follow-through.
A practical working style with attention to detail and service quality.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required.
