Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on minimum 2-3 years experience as an life insurance medical underwriter.
Keep momentum on experience in Individual life insurance product ie Life cover, Permanent Disability cover, Temp Income Cover and Critical Illness.
Keep momentum on sound Business and Operational knowledge of Insurance Industry administrative processes.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Life Underwriting Consultant - Sandton, JHB.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
