Numata Business IT needs a Level 2 Support Engineer (JHB) who can step into a practical role in Randpark Ridge. A key part of the work involves Conduct routine maintenance on Windows Servers, ensuring patching, role health, and security configurations are in line with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing collaborate with the Service Delivery or IT Infrastructure team on improvement initiatives related to security, compliance, and service uptime.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Level 2 Support Engineer (JHB).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

Relevant experience in security or a closely related field.
