Level 1 Support Technician

Role Overview

Intellistaff needs a Level 1 Support Technician who can step into a practical role in CPT - Northern Suburbs. A key part of the work involves Level 1 Support Technician Support hotel -room TV setups and basic middleware checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Experience in hotel or hospitality network environments.
  • Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Level 1 Support Technician.
  • Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
  • Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
  • Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

  • Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of hotel work.
  • Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
  • Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
