Level 1 Support Technician
Role Overview
Intellistaff needs a Level 1 Support Technician who can step into a practical role in CPT - Northern Suburbs. A key part of the work involves Level 1 Support Technician Support hotel -room TV setups and basic middleware checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Experience in hotel or hospitality network environments.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Level 1 Support Technician.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
- Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
- Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.
Requirements
- Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of hotel work.
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
