Synopsis

Key Responsibilities

Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.
Maintain compliance obligations, registers, and reporting calendars.
Review policies, procedures, and control documentation.
Support compliance assessments and internal reviews.
Provide practical guidance to business stakeholders.
Track remediation actions and escalate overdue items.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

LLB or relevant legal, governance, or compliance qualification.
Three to six years of legal or regulatory compliance experience.
Strong research, writing, and policy-analysis skills.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
Sound judgement, discretion, and attention to detail.
