Secondments is hiring a LEGAL ADVISOR - LITIGATION in ,. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused legal team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing active involvement in deal re-structuring, understand and analyse the commercial aspects of the transaction and give expert legal solutions.
Keep momentum on to provide prompt and sound legal advice and support to the the company in particular the Post InvestmentDepartment and Turnarounds, Workouts & Restructures Department.
Keep momentum on to provide legal input to submissions papers on existing investments prepared for the PortfolioManagement Committee and other committees where relevant,.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a LEGAL ADVISOR - LITIGATION.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in legal or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
