Key Responsibilities

Clear and actionable learning objectives developed in collaboration with SMEs and aligned with organisational goals.
Comprehensive needs assessments and audience analyses to guide content development and training design.
Storyboards that serve as detailed visual and instructional guides for content development.
Instructional materials, including designed and developed multimedia assets, that support diverse learning preferences and modalities.
Targeted learning interventions that address specific skill or knowledge gaps.
Structured and scalable course content administered effectively through LMS/similar platforms.
Microlearning or mobile-friendly content.
Course assessments that accurately measure learner achievement and programme effectiveness.
Regular evaluations of training programmes with recommendations for improvement.
Up-to-date learning materials that remain relevant amidst technological and procedural changes.

Cohesive training experiences that reflect consistent branding and instructional quality.
