We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generator to join our growing team in Pinelands, Cape Town, helping us connect with UK-based businesses and decision-makers. If you’re confident, target-driven, and love engaging with people, this could be your perfect role.

About the role

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential leads in the UK market. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you’ll help build a strong pipeline of prospects and play a key role in driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential UK-based clients in our target industries.
• Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections to engage prospects.
• Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign follow-ups.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or business development (UK market experience highly beneficial).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English).
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Competent with CRM systems and online research tools.
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
