E and D Recruiters is hiring a Lead Design Engineer: Mechanical Design (Centurion) in Centurion. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused design services team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing to lead and optimise mechanical design operations, ensuring project delivery, effective team management, and alignment with customer expectations.
Take ownership of Mechanical design engineering experience (15 Years).
Keep momentum on cAD design and Product data management.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Lead Design Engineer: Mechanical Design (Centurion).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

15 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
