Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic customer relationships across assigned accounts
- Develop and execute account plans aligned to business growth objectives
- Drive growth across strategic accounts through both account expansion and new business development opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage customer agreements
- Implement pricing and commercial strategies to support revenue and margin targets
- Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive movements
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective customer delivery and service excellence
- Maintain a structured pipeline and support forecasting and budgeting processes
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- 6–8 years’ experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales roles
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver commercial growth
- Experience within food manufacturing & FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and influencing ability
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure commercial environments
- Results-driven with strong ownership, accountability, and execution focus
- Strong relationship-building capability and customer-centric mindset
