Key Accounts Manager (FMCG Distribution)

Our client, a leading fulfilment and distribution company, seeks to employ a Key Accounts Manager to join this progressive and expanding professional team.
 
Please note that only candidates from the FMCG fulfilment and distribution to the retail sector will be considered.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You will have completed Matric, with a tertiary qualification in sales or retail management is advantageous
• You will have expertise in key account management, client relationship management and customer service within a fulfilment, warehousing, logistics or related environment.
• You must have a proven track record in managing major client accounts, resolving client issues and complaints, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts, and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
• Your advanced skills in client communication, analytical reporting, production planning, KPI management and stakeholder relationship management will be essential.
• You must be able to work closely with operational and production teams to ensure client requirements, deliverables and timelines are achieved.
• The ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment, with strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and communication skills, is essential.
• You must demonstrate initiative, tenacity, commitment, energy and self-motivation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and company growth.
• You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record.
