PM Connection needs a Key Account Manager (Payment Systems) - (PERMANENT) who can step into a practical role in Sandton. A key part of the work involves Key Account Manager (Payment Systems).

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing (PERMANENT) Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Cap-payments, Call Centre and Production, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions accordin.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Key Account Manager (Payment Systems) - (PERMANENT).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of call centre work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
