We are currently looking for a Kaizen Workshop Apprentice to support continuous improvement initiatives by assisting in Kaizen workshops, identifying inefficiencies, and contributing to process improvement projects.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric (technical subjects advantageous)
N2–N3 Engineering Studies (advantageous, not mandatory)
Basic exposure to mechanical/workshop environment
Ability to use hand and power tools
Hand and power tools (drilling, grinding, fitting)
Basic fabrication (cutting, drilling, mounting)
Intro-level welding (tack welding, MIG preferred)
Minor repairs, re-threading, and adjustments
Trolley, rack, and airline modifications

Key Responsibilities:

Hand and power tools (drilling, grinding, fitting)
