Junior Software developer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Developer to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to develop strong sales, lead generation, and client engagement skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads through outreach and research
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Support senior sales team with pipeline development
• Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
• Learn and apply sales strategies to drive conversions

Requirements

• Matric required; diploma/degree in business or marketing advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
• High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
• Basic computer literacy (CRM experience a plus)
