Junior Service Advisor
An established dealership is seeking a Junior Service Advisor to join their service team.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and assisting clients with their vehicle service and maintenance needs.
The successful candidate will act as the link between customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth service experience while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly service
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments
- Prepare and manage repair orders and service documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding service progress and repairs
- Liaise with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and turnaround times
- Provide clear explanations of maintenance and repair work to customers
- Promote service products, accessories, and maintenance plans where appropriate
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed services
- Maintain accurate service records and administrative documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, retail, or a contact centre environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email)
- Basic knowledge of automotive terminology or mechanics would be advantageous
- Matric / Grade 12 required
