BA Personnel is hiring a Junior Power / Energy Construction Manager in Gauteng. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to coordinating practical delivery while keeping quality, timelines and stakeholders aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing pMI, Competency in NEC / FIDIC / JBCC contracts, Legal Liability, HIRA, IRCON, Environmental Law, Construction Regulations, OHSACT, Driver License.
Support the team by managing professional Construction Manager (Pr.CM), SACPCMP Registered or SACPCMP Candidate / RPL Applicant.
Take ownership of 5 years' relevant practical experience in construction industry relevant to multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Junior Power / Energy Construction Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
