Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on demonstrates strong potential in team supervision, stock control, and merchandising, with a good understanding of retail processes and customer needs.

Take ownership of 1–3 years retail experience, preferably in clothing/fashion retail.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Junior Manager - Retail Clothing.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
