About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Leasing Consultant to support property leasing activities and help clients find their ideal rental spaces. You will assist with property viewings, tenant relationships, and leasing administration while building valuable experience in the property industry.

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with property searches and rental enquiries
Conduct property viewings and provide information to prospective tenants
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords
Assist with lease agreements and rental documentation
Coordinate appointments, applications, and tenant screening processes
Follow up with prospective tenants and manage enquiries
Support marketing activities for available properties
Keep property listings and records updated

Requirements

Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
Qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field (advantageous)
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and a client-focused approach
Valid driver’s licence and own transport (advantageous)
