Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on our client, a leading vacuum pump manufacturer and supplier of vacuum systems, is looking for a Junior IT and Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.
Keep momentum on support and help maintain Sage X3 or the company ERP system on a day-to-day basis.
Keep momentum on assist with ERP queries, system issues, user access, data visibility, and general system support.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Junior IT and Business Analyst.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of telecommunications work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
