Our client, a luxury company based in Montague Gardens, is looking for an Import & Data Analyst who will assist with overseas orders, supplier communication, shipment tracking and import documentation, while also supporting stock administration and reporting.

This is a dynamic and driven team where training will be provided on all systems and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, or related qualification
1–3 years' relevant work experience
Good Excel skills and confidence working with numbers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised with good follow-up skills
Good communication skills
Proactive, reliable and willing to learn
An interest in imports, logistics, purchasing or data analysis
Experience with Pastel/Sage, ERP systems, imports, logistics, stock control, Power BI or advanced Excel will be beneficial, but is not essential

DUTIES

Assist with overseas purchase orders and supplier communication
Track international shipments and expected arrival dates
Maintain import and purchasing records
Check supplier invoices, packing lists and related documentation
Assist with stock and purchasing administration
Prepare sales, stock and product reports
Analyse sales and inventory data using Excel
Identify slow-moving stock, low-stock items and sales trends
Assist management with reporting and data analysis
Maintain accurate product, supplier and customer information

Salary: negotiable dependent on experience
