Junior Financial Manager - Agriculture

Role Overview

Support financial strategy, compliance, reporting, and sound business decision-making for an established agriculture company based in Mbombela.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Coordinate month-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Analyse financial results and prepare reports for business decisions.
• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
• Support compliance with IFRS, company policies, South African tax legislation, and financial controls.

Requirements

• Completed SAICA, SAIPA, or CIMA articles, or at least three years of financial-environment experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African tax legislation and IFRS.
• Experience with Sage, Pastel, or similar financial systems.
• Good analytical, reporting, reconciliation, and communication skills.
